About us

A mission beyond profit.

In 1997 a few friends set out to improve the lives of some of society's most vulnerable, driven by a belief that given an opportunity and the right tools, people can make positive changes in their lives. Their work led to the establishment of Alloyfold.

Today we are known as experts in seating design, production and installation, having produced some of the best quality commercial furniture for organisations, community groups, large scale government projects and churches across New Zealand, Australia and the US.

Over 20 years later and we are still driven by the fundamental belief that led to our conception and thanks to our customers the social impact we make is significant.

Entirely owned by the Pathway Charitable Group, the products we sell fund affordable accommodation, employment and skills programmes, prisoner reintegration and social work. We help over 200 people every year.

What we do

We are leaders in wholesale commercial seating and tables. For over 20 years we have been supplying quality solutions to organisations, venues, healthcare facilities, theatres, stadiums and government projects.

As experts in seating design, production and installation, we have worked on small to large scale projects including the iconic Forsyth Barr Stadium, Sydney Lyric Theatre, Central Energy Trust Arena Manawatu, Christchurch Boys High School, the Melbourne Boomers and New Zealand Breakers.

Alloyfold is Akina accredited, as well as Social Traders certified. Both of these organisations aim to grow the social procurement marketplace in New Zealand & Australia, and we are proud to be registered suppliers.
